Book a 30 min or 60 min Zoom session with Jerome Kellerhals, a bonsai professional with over 10 years of experience. You will have the opportunity to show your tree, ask questions, and receive personalized advice.
JANUARY 2024 ONLY: Monday - Saturday 2:30PM - 6:30 PM EST.
Sessions are available only Saturdays during the rest of the year.
About the artist
Jerome Kellerhals was born in Switzerland, and he has been around bonsai for as long as he can remember. His mom lived in Japan and was a big influence on his love for the art. However, it wasn't until he moved to the United States that he started studying it deeply. Suthin Sukosolvisi, Min Hsuan Lo, and Nacho Marin have influenced his work. He is known for being creative and a "rule-breaker". He created a unique piece using the technique "root over rock", but using a statue instead. He called his tree, Angkor, as he got inspired by Angkor Wat while he traveled around China and Cambodia. Jerome was featured with this tree in the very popular Bonsai Focus Magazine, recognized worldwide. His trees have been selected for 2019 & 2020 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival in Orlando, Florida.
